The Bishop Lab aims to identify and address health disparities, working to improve the wellbeing of autistic adults and adults with other developmental disabilities. Our long-term goal is to develop interventions that help these individuals age well and lead healthy, self-determined lives in their communities. Our research combines prospective data and large administrative datasets to explore the mechanisms behind these disparities.
